SUMMARY
Under the general guidance of the Senior Director,  Corporate IT the Analyst, Business Systems will provide platform oversight and operation of Business Systems and Operations.  This role will manage and provide solution expertise over a wide range of IT and business solutions that will be delivered through direct participation on project teams and consultative services across business and IT groups.  This role will also plan, operate, integrate, and manage business system initiatives in support of the Healthedge Enterprise.  Develops and maintains standard operating procedures and processes and applies in-depth knowledge of functional aspects of the Service Delivery Team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Acts as point of escalation for Business System operations.   (50% of time)
2. Leads Business System implementations and integrations to ensure functional requirements are met.  Provides input as a key member of project teams to ensure that applications added to the Enterprise IT Service portfolio meet architectural and operational standards.  (20% of time)
3. Key participant in formulating HealthEdge IT Service Desk operational models that meet the Service Management roadmap.  Determines technology and process requirements to support on-prem and in the cloud environments.  (20% of time)
4. Maintains up-to-date knowledge and awareness of industry trends related to Service Management and assess its impact on HealthEdge business operations. (10% of time)

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience
• A minimum of five (5) years of progressively increasing responsibility and achievement in the Information Technology area with at least three (3) years in back-office systems, including but not limited to: Salesforce, ServiceNow, Sharepoint, Marketo, HRIS, etc
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical or business discipline is required.  Specific experience in the health care industry is desirable.
• Knowledge of the Enterprise IT field is required, including all ITSM, CRM and business facing trends.
• Knowledge of system support and operations implementing a wide range of solutions.
• Knowledge and experience with information service standards such as ITIL, ITSM, COBIT, and associated security controls.
• Knowledge of IT risk and compliance management programs related to IT Audit, 3rd Party Risk Management, and Security and Privacy Regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to be a respected technology advisor to senior IT management and the skills to interface across several channels to proactively assist in defining solutions, managing through change and building scalable processes.
• Experience contributing to large-scale projects in a team-oriented cross-organizational environment.
