Description We are in the search for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Plano, Texas. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders, leveraging Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) systems to address intricate business challenges, and enhancing our solutions. Responsibilities: • Engage with diverse business stakeholders to comprehend the business requirements and objectives linked to commodity trading, risk management, and compliance. • Take the lead in designing and refining workflows and system features within CTRM software, aligning them with business goals and optimizing risk management. • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the smooth integration of CTRM software with other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and streamlined operations. • Provide expertise in analyzing, documenting, and implementing functional and non-functional business requirements for CTRM software. • Conduct system testing, including the preparation of test cases, coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring that the system meets business requirements and compliance standards. • Participate in process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design activities to identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiency gains. • Support ongoing system maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations for system enhancements based on user feedback and industry changes. • Assist in the development and delivery of end-user training, ensuring that business users understand the capabilities and best practices for using CTRM software. • Translate intricate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for the development and configuration of CTRM systems. Requirements • Must possess strong understanding and proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems • Should have a proven track record in AB Testing • Expected to have a bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role • Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills • Should be able to understand and create clear, concise user documentation • Expected to have a strong understanding of business processes and system requirements • Must be able to work in a team and coordinate with different departments • Should possess a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously • Requires experience with business process improvement methods • Must have the ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines • Expected to demonstrate high proficiency in data analysis and interpretation • Requires the ability to understand and work with complex systems and data models • Should have a good understanding of software development lifecycles.
