Description Our largest client is seeking a business systems analyst to join their growing team! The ideal candidate comes from a financial services background with experience within credit cards or loans. This is a hybrid position so candidates must sit in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Dallas, Charlotte, Willmington, Birmingham, or Philly. This person will be also interacting with the business regularly so excellent communication and documentation skills will be utilized. They must have a collaborative mindset but also work well independently. The user stories will involve writing to a customer, "This is what we are going to offer you based on the info we have on you.". Job Responsibilities: • Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers. • Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs. • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation. • Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed. • Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and so information can be shared. • Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles. • Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
