Kforce has a client in Findlay, OH that is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst contractor to join our Terminal Automation team. Responsibilities: * Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with the Product Owner to define and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria * Facilitate dialogue between stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear understanding of business requirements * Conduct requirement gathering sessions using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys * Analyze and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization * Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed and prioritized * Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives * Assist in the development and execution of test plans, ensuring that all requirements are met * Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes * Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions * Continuously seek feedback from stakeholders and end-users to improve the quality and effectiveness of the delivered solutions * Selected resource is expected to participate in the afterhours on-call rotation shared by the team
