Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst for a company in the Denver metro area. In this role, you will collaborate with technical and business teams, share standard processes, and evaluate the needs for back-end integrations. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business and technical teams during eCommerce development projects to ensure smooth operations • Share and maintain high standards for technical operations processes • Evaluate and implement necessary back-end integrations and functionalities • Provide detailed technical requirements for developers to complete tasks efficiently • Architect and facilitate continual process improvements to optimize efficiency and financial performance • Deploy and implement new systems and integration processes • Occasionally undertake development tasks • Troubleshoot production issues across multiple systems at various levels • Assist the Ecomm technical teams, demonstrating knowledge of DNS, SSL, and Networking of site flows and integrations. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the Apparel Manufacturing industry. • Proficiency in using business systems and tools. • Demonstrated experience with Confluence or similar project management software. • Proven skills and experience in conducting Gap Analysis. • Solid understanding of Business Process Functions, preferably within the apparel manufacturing sector. • Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents. • Proficiency with Microsoft SQL or similar database management systems. • Experience in eCommerce, ideally in a manufacturing or retail environment. • Basic Troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve system-related issues Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
