Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Plano, TX. Responsibilities: Business Analysis: * Analyze and document business processes and requirements * Gather business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys * Define and document system requirements and specifications * Validate business requirements with stakeholders Collaboration and Communication: * Work closely with business and IT teams to understand needs and requirements * Collaborate with IT teams to design and develop systems that meet business requirements * Communicate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements * Coordinate with technical leads to document and implement changes Project Management and Coordination: * Assist project managers with project planning, coordination, and execution * Manage, track, and follow up on action items and clarifications * Collaborate with various IT teams, QA, business teams, and vendors Technical Documentation and Support: * Document architecture design, integration, and configuration requirements * Develop technical documentation to support system implementation and maintenance * Assist with system maintenance and troubleshooting Data Analysis: * Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
