Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed evaluations of new applications and systems requirements.
• Translate business needs into precise technical specifications.
• Create detailed documentation for system enhancements.
• Perform user testing and problem resolution with minimal supervision.
• Prepare and update comprehensive user manuals and training materials.
• Maintain and update databases accurately.
• Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for system-related issues.
• Capture and analyze feedback to recommend process upgrades.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
