The Opportunity:
CACI' is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in support of the Navy’s Enterprise Support Information Technology/Chief Information Officer (ES IT/CIO) Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for facilitating the process to collect and define client requirements. Provides advice and recommendations on process best practices. Performs analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements. Works with clients to understand and define needs and develop and recommend solutions. Interacts and communicates with end-users, management, vendors, and IT personnel. Produces functional design specifications based on user requirements. Maintains deep knowledge of Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, and Momentum). Performs configuration and designs functional solutions (e.g., reports, interfaces, workflows, and extensions) for specific application and third-party systems. Implements and executes on technical initiatives and solutions. Responsible for making adjustments or recommended enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area. You will support Navy modernization efforts with on-going production and integration efforts in working group meetings, Integrated Product Team (IPT) sessions, in-process reviews (IPR) and Milestone Reviews. Conduct BPR planning, and conduct BPR“As-Is”, and “To-Be” process models and simulations in support of defining future IT requirements. Conduct BPR related activity required as part of the systems engineering process to support use case development, end-to-end process modeling, and detailed requirements decomposition as part of specified and approved IT system design, development, and modernization activities. Develop operational performance measures and perform business process simulation to help establish and validate “As-Is” and “To-Be” performance benchmarks.
Qualifications:
Requires Bachelor’s degree in information technology, management information systems, computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, engineering, or physical science and two years of experience: Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Problem Solving, and Business Process Improvement.• Requires active SECRET Clearance• Knowledge of Navy Personnel data and business rules.• Ability to work as a team member in a diverse group; ability to deal effectively with both Government and contracted workforce members.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
