Job Summary
We’re seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expertise in UX/UI design to bridge business goals and user experience. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and developers to deliver intuitive, user-centric digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specs and user stories.Partner with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, workflows, and prototypes.Conduct user research, analyze data, and recommend design enhancements.Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.Oversee UAT and validate final implementations.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Design, or related field.10+ years of experience in BSA roles with UX/UI focus.Strong knowledge of UX/UI tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and design principles.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Agile and accessibility standards (WCAG is a plus).
