Business Systems Analyst Consultant

As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Investment Operations organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH or Birmingham, AL.

This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

This role will be responsible for Application Owner and Security Administrator responsibilities for systems used by PNC Investment Operations in support of Derivatives, Securities and Foreign Exchange business activities. Responsibilities include:

•Support application validations, certifications, and access management requirements
•Ensure appropriate access reviews are performed periodically
•Complete a periodic Transaction Risk Rating and Segregation of Duties analysis
•Implement appropriate remediation of any system access discrepancies or access control issues identified through periodic access reviews performed by various PNC review teams
•Ensure appropriate system access segregation of duties
•Implement appropriate access management control processes
•Validate access requests
•Manage entitlements and access management roles
•Provision/de-provision user access and modify application security roles and permissions
•Maintain support for internally processed documents and performance of owned controls
•Initiate communication with functional and technical teams on a variety of application and security-related topics
•Analyze and validate data and communicate conclusions/make recommendations to a wide range of audiences

Strong in-depth understanding of segregation of duties and appropriate access management controls is critical to the success of this role. Strong Excel skills (e.g., macros, formulas, functions) are also needed, as well as attention to detail, interpersonal skills, time management, and data analysis.

Job DescriptionProvides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements .Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed .Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results .Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary .
