The Business Systems Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for contributing to successful project implementations and providing ongoing client support. The Business System Analyst is exposed to both client relationship management and technical responsibilities. This is a hybrid role for our Chicago or Atlanta offices.

Responsibilities Provides client-facing support with coaching and guidance from senior colleagues. Researches, addresses, and responds to ongoing service log requests. Configures the Origami platform to meet client requirements. Deploys and configures Origami standard data conversions and builds custom Excel data conversions using tools in Origami Admin UI. Performs unit testing of assigned deliverables. Leverages Origami standard configuration where possible and follows established best practices and industry standards when designing, configuring, and consulting on solutions. Records hours worked in accordance with Origami's time entry policy. Identifies potential scope creep / out-of-scope work and escalates to Project Manager. Assists with preparation of training materials for user training. Identifies potential expanded sales opportunities and notifies / coordinates with account management team on pursuing. Acts as a mentor to less experienced Origami colleagues. Assists with the training and onboarding of new Origami colleagues. Depending on size and complexity of project and/or account, may also be assigned to perform duties of technical consultant, project manager, solution architect, client service executive.  Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, Business Analysis, or a related technical discipline.2+ years of experience doing system implementations and/or configuration, database management, or systems support.Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders.Superior communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Knowledge of JavaScript, XML, SQL a plus. Who We Are
