About the role:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You’ll work as part of a team in an agile setting and must be a self- motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.
 
About the team:

You’ll have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, experienced, and collaborative team and support our FIS Cash Express product. You’ll work directly with top tier banking clients while interfacing with a variety of internal teams including other business analysts, quality assurance testers, development, client services, and more.

What you will be doing:

Identify strategies and improvement opportunities while also designing new solutions and reengineering processes for greater efficiencyEngage with internal and external stakeholders to identify, gather, and define business requirementsTranslate business requirements into functional solutions including identifying the scope of changes required to solve business challengesDefine functional elements, design and test solutions, and partner with development teamsprepare internal and client facing documentationPrepare and deliver presentation materials and solutions to internal and external clients either in person or remotely

What you will need:

Knowledge of banking or financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cyclesA bachelor’s in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field of study or equivalent experience – Master’s degree is desirable.5+ years of business systems analysis experienceExperience using Agile methodology for software developmentCuriosity and the ability to use critical thinking skills to discover challenges and design viable solutions
