Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 2 or more years of relevant experienceHigher education may substitute for relevant experienceRelevant experience may be considered in lieu of required educationExperience deciphering complex workflows an user / system interactionsAbility to document and organize meeting minutes and artifacts Ability to schedule and facilitate meetings with multiple stakeholdersAbility to manage competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsQualifications We Prefer
Ability to analyze business systems and/or business processes to identify user needs, document requirements, and address process improvementsAbility to obtain a Scrum Master certificationStrong knowledge of requirements documentation tools such as Visio, Word, Excel, Jira, and/or Azure DevOpsExperience with data mapping and documentation of system integration metadata and touchpoints necessary for implementationBasic experience with writing SQL and understanding the basics of table querying for use in documenting data requirementsStrong knowledge of project planning and execution, using tools such as MS ProjectUnderstanding of analysis and software development lifecycle methodologiesStrong presentation, facilitation, collaboration, negotiation and influencing skillsExperience testing / validating softwareExperience with Supply Chain and Source-to-Pay Software (e.g. Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba or other systems)Experience reviewing and advising to process and system improvements in an automated environmentSmartSheet and MS SharePoint experience preferredParticipation in a culture of excellence and teamworkAbility to work in a fast-paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up like atmosphereEstimated Starting Salary Range: $82,039.23 - $112,803.95. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.SNC offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
