Business Systems Analyst III, Corporate Trust (Hybrid)
The Institutional Custody team provides custody services to large global and domestic institutional clients. UMB entered the Institutional Custody space after noticing a need for our services from existing and potential clients. This allows us to provide full-service offerings to our customers who are often clients of Trust, Fund Services, and other groups as well. Our team is growing and looking for our next teammate! As a Business Systems Analyst III, you will partner with business unit stakeholders and technical staff to identify business systems solutions for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems for the Corporate Trust department. You will be considered the top business analyst expert within a major application supporting multiple business units, performing tasks of the most complex nature. Working in the Institutional Custody Administration team can be fun, challenging, fast paced, and collaborative. As a group we are independently serving clients, but we rely heavily on teamwork and shared knowledge to be successful as a unit. There are often deadlines we rally around as a team. We pride ourselves on being a welcoming and positive space and teammates are always happy to share their knowledge and help those around them grow! **_How you will spend your time:_** + You will partner with technical services groups (internal MIS and/or external vendors) to design technical solution to meet the business requirements including documenting business requirements. + You will configure application enabled business systems Construct test cases, develop test scripts and facilitateappropriate testing (unit, integration, system, QA, UAT), validate production implementation and assist with end user training, maintainaccurate system and System Development Life Cycle documentation. + You will act as a project manager for initiatives, identifying tasks, preparation of estimates, and development of work plans. Validate production implementation and provide change control approvals. + You will organize and oversee team testing methodology for test scripts and appropriate full cycle testing (unit, integration, system, and QA) + You will lead collaboration with business units to establish priorities for resolution of multiple system problems and issues Lead UMB Business and Technology Strategies to evaluate technology opportunities to enhance operations. **_We’re excited to talk with you if:_** + You have a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in one supported operations or business area + You have a minimum of five (5) years’ of Business Systems Analysis experience **_Bonus Points if you:_** + You have a Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, Business Administration or related field OR equivalent education and work experience + You have SQL and/or SharePoint experience + You have a CCTS or CTMC certification **Work Environment:** Hybrid 3 days/week in Kansas City, Missouri downtown office. Will accommodate remote. For remote, must be willing to be in the Kansas City, Missouri office when needed. Travel up to 50% may be required. **Compensation Range:** $69,230.00 - $149,000.00 _The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB’s standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
