Job Description A large retail & commercial bank is seeking a highly skilled, dedicated and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Data Governance and Data Quality, who is passionate about making a positive impact in the financial industry. In this role, the person will be responsible for driving the data remediation efforts in the CDO. The role is remote. As a background, the bank has close to $90B in assets, 9K employees and more than 2M customers along the east coast. In addition to providing excellent banking experiences for their customers, the bank also very involved in the community through charitable giving and philanthropy to give back to low/moderate income and underserved communities. The Business Systems Analyst will be supporting the Data Quality Rules Governance function which includes the review/evaluation of Data Quality rules prior to release to production to ensure the defined business requirements and technical implementation of the rule are aligned and conform to program expectations. Additional responsibilities may include assisting in the review of the Data Management Content Attestations as they are completed and assisting in the creation of requirements and the implementation of Confluence / JIRA functions as part of the buildup of the Data Management transaction capability. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role as the Analyst will be proactively communicating with clients and stakeholders to address any mitigation concerns or questions. Compensation: $15/hr to $20/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
