Kforce's client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst IV for a hybrid role in either San Diego or Atlanta. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: * Assist in analyzing processes and identifying optimization, standardization, and automation opportunities * Partner closely with Business Analysts and external partners to implement automation solutions * Assist in producing Process Design Document (PDD) and Solution Design Document (SDD) as inputs to RPA development * Design, build, test, implement, maintain and support RPA solutions to automate processes * Assist in the testing and validation of RPA solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are error-free * Provide support for RPA solutions in production, including troubleshooting and issue resolution * Assist in training end users on using RPA solutions * Learn and interact with different enterprise systems that are used * Collaborate with internal IT team (t4i) to set up and maintain RPA technical infrastructure * Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices pertaining to automation tools and continuously share knowledge with the team * Learn and become proficient in new automation industry tools as they are adopted by the team to expand our solution offerings * Collaborate with the Automation Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure alignment with best practices while delivering high-quality automation solutions * Collaborate effectively with a team to achieve project objectives and help foster a cohesive, collaborative team culture that delivers results and drives innovation
