GENERAL PURPOSE
The Business Systems Analyst for the Muuto Brand at MillerKnoll is a key role focused on driving process improvement, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration to support business objectives. This position ensures seamless system integration, manages data across platforms like CET/CAP, JDE, and Oracle, and provides project management and reporting support. By resolving data issues, aligning workflows for global product launches, and implementing system enhancements, this role contributes to operational efficiency and the brand’s strategic goals, ensuring dependable solutions and a unified approach across all systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provides project management support.
Provides support to create, pull and manage needed reports to help support business objectives.
Provides backup support to others on the team as needed to ensure tasks are completed.
Works with business partners to support, develop and implement technology systems and processes in support of the business.
Participates in analysis, development, testing and documentation of new and existing functionality
Works with functional areas to ensure unified data among all MK systems such as CET/CAP, JDE, and Oracle.
Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
Skills and Abilities
Bachelor degree in Business or related field preferred.
Three to five years hands on experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Familiarity with and ability to utilize report writers and other system software packages.
Ability to communicate information in a clear and understandable manner to the larger team.
Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Stong understanding of supply chain, data management and practices.
Must be able to work under minimal supervision with excellent communication and leadership skills to influence decision making without direct authority.
Ability to effectively use office automation, communication, software and tools currently used in the MK office, sales and dealer areas.
Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without accommodations.
