Business Systems Analyst - Payer Access Pull Through Pay and Benefits: * Hourly pay: $70-$80/hr * Worksite: Leading biotechnology company (South San Francisco, CA 94080 - Hybrid, 2-3 days a week onsite) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment Business Systems Analyst - Payer Access Pull Through Responsibilities: * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives related to Payer Access Pull through. * Analyze and evaluate current Payer Access Pull Through processes and tools, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. * Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance Payer Access pull-through across the commercial enterprise. * Conduct research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities in the Payer Access Pull through landscape. * Collaborate with the E2E teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies and goals. * Utilize hands-on experience with UX/UI to contribute to the design and development of user-friendly tools and systems, including Veeva CRM-integrated pull through tools. * Perform data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to Payer Access Pull Through. * Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders. * Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in Payer contracting, Access and Pull Through. Business Systems Analyst - Payer Access Pull Through Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). * Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Payer Access Pull Through in the healthcare industry. * Experience with UX/UI, with the ability to contribute to the design and development of optimal field and home office user experiences, and user-friendly tools/systems. * Experience with Veeva CRM or comparable field force CRM. * Excellent data analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. * Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovative solutions. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
