Discover more about us at www.amerihealthcaritas.com. **_THIS IS A REMOTE ;POSITION BUT CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE IN OR NEAR DELAWARE TO QUALIFY FOR CONSIDERATION_** The Business Systems Analyst Senior / Data Reporting Analyst is responsible for development and implementation of data-driven solutions to meet business requirements by producing analytics, reports and data sets across a variety of subject matters – primarily related to, but not limited to, value-based contracting, medical management, population health, network management, contracting, marketing and member outreach, and new business initiatives, member attribution, monitors provider roster reconciliation and facilitate MLR review for the value based contracting team.; **Responsibilities:;** + Oversees file production and exchange with our value based providers following the IT project methodology.; + Required to perform complex analysis and gain a thorough understanding of the current processes along with the expected outcome for new value based programs and enhancements.; + Required to make formal recommendations, presentations and submitting written documentation to management, provider network team, external customers, and plan management for review and approval.; + Must be capable of sharing knowledge, documentation and experience with others. Strong team player who operates effectively in a team environment as well as individually.; + Maintains consolidated value based reporting to management and can include milestone summaries, key issues, risks, benefits, and individual status reports.; + Must be able to synthesize large amounts of data into presentable and actionable formats for management, provider network team and external customers.; + Consistently leverage or modify existing reporting formats, utilize previously developed tools or develop new tools\formats when required.; + This position takes a proactive role in learning business processes, system impacts and business ramifications.; + Assures the comprehensiveness and accuracy of documentation delivered to sufficiently support recommended actions, business requirements and continued maintenance.; + Performs other analysis, documentation, and tasks as required. **Qualifications / Education** : + Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of work experience with Information Systems, or related business area. + **Intermediate skills using Excel, Access, SQL, SAS, Azure Databricks, and PowerPoint for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.** + **Experience working with large data sets of data to include Claims, Provider, Member Eligibility, Clinical, and HEDIS data.;** + At least six (6) years of work experience performing complex business analysis, working within a structured SDLC process, and system implementations. + Experience with Facets or any configurable Healthcare systems experience in two or more of the following: Claims, Members (Eligibility), and/or Providers. + Bachelor’s Degree B.S. in Business Administration, Information Systems Technology, or equivalent experience in a business/technical environment.; **Diversity, Equity, ;and Inclusion** At Amerihealth Caritas, everyone can feel valued, supported, and comfortable to be themselves.
