About the Role:

This position is currently ONLY available a commutable distance to our St. Pete Florida location.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will represent the customer's voice, ensuring our teams deliver top-tier products that revolutionize payment, banking, and investment processes.

Responsibilities:

Elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies, and information systems.

Translate business needs and end-user requirements into functional specifications for systems, processes, or products/services.

Collaborate with our loyalty team, bringing forward-thinking solutions.

About the Team:

You will be part of a scrum team, requiring a self-motivated, proactive, and innovative mindset.

What You Will Be Doing:

Define system scope and objectives through research and understanding of business systems and industry requirements.

Modify procedures to solve complex problems, considering system limitations and desired outcomes.

Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate them into system specifications.

Influence business partners and service providers on priorities, hardware/software selection, and vendor choices.

Identify strategies and improvement opportunities, reengineering processes for greater efficiency.

Estimate costs and benefits of alternative actions to establish their viability/ROI.

Reengineer processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

Document how applications and systems interact to support business processes.

Assess and project the impact of system changes on users and stakeholders.

What You Will Need:

At least 10 years of recent experience as a Business Systems Analyst.

At least 10 years of experience with Money Movement, Loyalty, and/or Banking.

Extensive knowledge of the financial services industry and a thorough understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.

A bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems, or equivalent experience; a master's degree is desirable.

Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition, using model-driven design tools and techniques, including conceptual solution component models, business process models, and use cases.

Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure successful project completion.
