The DFC Business Systems Supervisor will be responsible for leading and supervising the day to day operations of the DFC Business Analyst team in supporting our reporting and analytics platforms and implementing next generation business software solutions. Working as part of a cross-functional development team, this position will have a ground-up impact on our systems, our business, and most importantly, our customers.
Responsibilities
Provide and coordinate training as needed and ensure all staff are trained to properly execute their job responsibilitiesWork with employees to provide coaching and feedback and to address any areas for improvement up to and including preparation for disciplinary actionApply data analysis and research skills to identify key indicators, test hypotheses and guide actions with respect to the loan transaction life cycleEngage with business leaders to understand objectives and continually align work with those objectives to meet the needs of the businessAnalyze and extract relevant information from large amounts of both structured and unstructured data to help automate and optimize key processes and solve problems at their root causeGenerate actionable insights through the development of metrics, dashboards, and deep dive analysesAnalyze and validate data to ensure high data quality and reliable insightsPartner with data development teams to improve data assets, quality, metrics, and insightsAllocate resources and maintain cost efficienciesOther duties as assignedSkills and Qualifications
