Job Description Our client is looking for a Business Systems Support Developer to join their Travel Services team. This includes coordinating and executing testing for new software releases, collect, analyze and report system performance data, perform regular audits on all software applications and hardware used within the operation. You are a Seaware expert in all that is building and rules. Youll also help introduce other teams to these new systems and help them understand how they work and dont work and hold hands along the way. You will serve as a primary point of contact between business units and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration and oversee the development of system specifications, process flows, and functional requirements to ensure alignment with business goals. Skills and Requirements 5+ years in business systems analysis, with experience working closely with analysts and serving as a point of contact between management and team members. 6+ years of reservation systems experience. Preferably Seaware and ship PMS systems System administration and business rules configuration Enjoys working with diverse teams and bringing a positive, energetic attitude. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as an excellent team player Project management skills Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
