The Business Team Lead role directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives. Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Responsibilities Develops material delivery routes and coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineeringDemonstrate problem solving resolution, root cause analysis and corrective action to resolve and prevent production interruptionsDevelops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures and material control systemsMay assist with the establishment and maintenance of inventory control systemDevelops and evaluates personnel to ensure efficiency of operation functionsAllocates staffing and coverage, foresee production issues and diminish downtimeDrive Safety improvements, behaviors and strong culture of safety in Supply ChainCommunicate across multiple functions including General Assembly, Quality, Engineering and other production departments in manufacturing plant to ensure production goals are metDevelops 5’s schedules and maintains 5’s in assigned stations Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 6 years of production/manufacturing experience1 year lead experience

Master’s degreeAt least 4 years of production/manufacturing experience1 year lead experience
