Possess good oral and written communication skills to help non-technical staff understand technology architecture, applications, and the benefits of innovation. Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related fields or the equivalent combination of training and related experience required. Requires four years of experience working with ERP systems. Must possess clear, concise, and effective verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with technology experts, business customers, and management. Works cross-functionally to analyze problems and improve quality and service. Ability to handle multiple tasks, competing priorities, and challenging/ambiguous situations professionally. Must be detailed-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. FR-26 requires excellent analytical skills and an understanding of business process development and re-engineering. Demonstrates an intermediate knowledge of emerging technologies and exhibits strong research skills. Possess strong oral and written communication skills to help non-technical staff and leaders at all levels understand technology architecture, applications, and the benefits of innovation. Requires experience designing and implementing high performance enterprise software products/applications. Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related fields or the equivalent combination of training and related experience required. Requires a minimum of five years of experience working with ERP systems. Understands the Agile project management methodology. Works cross-functionally to analyze problems and improve quality and service. Demonstrated ability to skillfully handle multiple tasks, competing priorities, and challenging/ambiguous situations professionally. Must be a strategic thinker with detail orientation and commitment to providing excellent customer service. Has experience training IT and business professionals on relevant topics. FR-27 is a Sr. Business Technologist and requires advanced analytical skills and a deep understanding of business process development and re-engineering. Demonstrates an advanced knowledge of emerging technologies and exhibits advanced research skills. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to help non-technical staff and leaders at all levels understand technology architecture, applications, and the benefits of innovation. Requires advanced experience designing and implementing high performance enterprise software products/applications. Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related fields or the equivalent combination of training and related experience required; Master’s degree is preferred. Requires a minimum of six years of experience working with ERP systems. Has advanced knowledge of the Agile project management methodology. Works cross-functionally to analyze problems and improve quality and service. Demonstrated ability to skillfully handle and/or direct multiple complex tasks, competing priorities, and challenging/ambiguous situations professionally. Must be a strategic thinker with detail orientation and commitment to providing excellent customer service. Has experience training IT and business professionals on relevant topics. Requires familiarity the Board’s compliance/legislative requirements (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA, Sarbanes-Oxley, etc.), and overall information technology expertise. With Manager or Lead direction, develops and evaluates courses of action related to changes in ERP systems due to regularly scheduled and ad-hoc releases. Recommends approaches to implementing business process change after evaluating alternatives and considering all factors, impacts, and time constraints. Duties require accuracy, coordination, scheduling, and decision making to accomplish a number of essentially different but interrelated tasks and duties in a timely manner and in the best interest of the Board. Must be aware of and adhere to detailed policies and procedures, regulations, and best business practices and must be ethical, trustworthy, and conscientious and show discretion in recognizing potential conflicts of interest or compromising situations to the Board. Identifies and new initiatives/projects that will further the work of the section or division. Works under the general supervision of the Manager or Lead. Discusses issues with the Manager or Lead as they arise. Uses analytical ability to identify and resolve routine problems in accordance with set procedures. Exercises judgment when assisting business partners. Develops process improvements that are acceptable to business areas and SaaS vendors. Recommends innovative approaches to resolve issues and problems. Reviews and analyzes policies and procedures to ensure use of best practices. Analytical ability and inductive thinking required. The ideal candidate will have specific experience with Workday Financial Management (Financials and Accounting). Experience with Coupa and HCM and ServiceNow are preferred but not required. A writing sample or assessment may be required as part of the recruiting process. Works in typical office environment. This position is hybrid requiring a combination of telework and an in-office presence in Washington DC (minimum of 4 days per month in the office).
