Job Description
Builds and sustains strategic, value-driven relationships with business units, proactively managing their needs to align business goals with technology solutions. Utilizes analytical, business and technical skills to transform business requirements into epic level user stories with clear metrics to achieve business objectives to ensure our systems and processes are efficient and effective.
We are looking for candidates with interest and experience in supporting Energy Delivery, Customer Solutions, Energy Resources or the Enterprise Technology and Security department.
Responsibilities Develops strong relationships with decision makers and stakeholders within the business areas they are assigned Leads the business through epic level requirements gathering Collects and analyzes data for preliminary TCO analysis and forecasting Completes expert analysis business requirements from multiple areas of the business Leads the initial technology options exploration including formal proposal processes Creates business level technology roadmaps Facilitates the prioritization of technology needs in relation to strategic initiatives and roadmap planning to support current and future technology needs Drives alignment of vision, strategy, technology architecture and product roadmaps to ensure a shared future state vision Promotes an understanding of technology roles, processes and activities to the business, as well as acts as marketer and communicator of technology services and capabilities Requirements BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Business Administration, or AccountingA broad understanding of current and emerging technology trends and developments; experience in strategic planning, business development or client management preferred
Strong analysis skills and working knowledge of many aspects of the utility business Strong knowledge of Aglie/Scrum practices Superior ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences (Technical and non-technical) +7 years of related experience including 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacityOther combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Hybrid work options are available for this role. The successful candidate will be required to work at our Spokane, Washington headquarters at least 3 days per week including Mondays and Tuesdays with an additional day determined by the employee and manager.
