JOIN THE TEAM

We are seeking a skilled SAP Business Technology Platform Specialist for HR to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in the implementation, maintenance, and support of our SAP system, specifically focusing on the HR module. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and provide technical expertise to drive HR IT roadmap.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- In your role as SAP BTP & AI Consultant, you will work on the latest and most innovative SAP products to promote their use in the company.

- In particular, you will be responsible for establishing SAP BTP as the future development platform with focus of our HR environment and will independently and proactively drive the internal HR IT roadmap. Develop and manage SAP BTP solutions that increase efficiency and meet all user needs

- You will actively take the lead in internal consulting on the optimal use of SAP BTP as well as the further development and standardization of SAP Developer Capabilities for our internal colleagues.

- You bring Business AI to life at customers and orchestrate AI exploration, AI implementation and AI strategy at customers

- Coordinate and align with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solution and the integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP HANA and other 3rd Party systems

- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders throughout the implementation process.

- You will work closely with our HR Solution Architect and the various SAP module teams.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and developments within the platform and HR technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience with the Business Technology Platform as an Developer or an Platform Architect

- Very good knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) tools and deployment of application on BTP

- Minimum two years of hands-on experience in developing SAPUI5/Fiori applications.

- Good understanding of FIORI concept, system architecture, FIORI Launch pad configuration and app integration.

- Very good knowledge of SAP BTP, ABAP OO and Fiori development are among your core competences.

- Experience in Java Script, XML, JSON, CSS3, HTML or MVC Development framework

- Experience in OData Service consumption on UI using GET, PUT, POST methods

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.

- Experience in SAP HR module implementation and support.
