What CHEP does and what is our mission?

Thanks to the pallet pooling model, our customers outsource their pallet management and load carriers are constantly shared and reused. In this way, we use fewer natural resources, produce less waste, and save costs. How does this work in practice?

Many leading brands use CHEP pallets to get their products to their customers in the most efficient way. CHEP's service model ensures that they receive good quality pallets delivered to their production sites every day that they can use to supply their customers. CHEP ensures that no pallets are lost and takes care of the return logistics, inspection and repair.

In this way, fewer kilometers are driven, the load factor is improved, CO2 emissions are reduced and producers and retailers can focus on their core business.

Your profile:

• You are a Master student with availability of max. 3 days per week and can commit to a 12-month program

• You would like to delve deeper into the areas of sustainability management, sales management, international management, Industry 4.0 or digital business

• You are interested in the dynamic environment of a supply chain

• You have a confident and self-assured demeanor that you are happy to contribute profitably to the team and in relation to customers

• You are flexible, which means you can enthusiastically work your way into different teams and areas

• You have very good Dutch and English skills

• You have a strong affinity for digital solutions and systems
