CTG is seeking to fill a Business Transformation Consultant Data Analytics opening for our client in Tampa, FL. Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Duties: Lead and manage data analytics initiatives to support business transformation efforts for clients across various industries. Design and implement data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency, improve business processes, and drive growth. Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to define and analyze business needs, providing insights that drive decision-making. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights, ensuring actionable recommendations are provided to clients. Develop and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations. Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and management to ensure successful implementation of business transformation solutions. Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies, adjusting as necessary. Skills: Expertise in data analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Strong knowledge of business transformation methodologies and frameworks. Experience with data visualization techniques and presenting data insights to senior leadership. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing client relationships. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or business transformation roles. Proven track record of leading data analytics projects and delivering impactful business solutions. Experience in industry-specific business transformation, preferably in finance, healthcare, or manufacturing. Hands-on experience with data-driven decision-making and business process reengineering. Prior consulting experience is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. Relevant certifications in data analytics, business transformation, or project management are a plus. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
