Business Transformation Consultant Data Analytics
CTG is seeking to fill a Business Transformation Consultant Data Analytics opening for our client in Tampa, FL. Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Duties: Lead the analysis and transformation of business processes using data analytics, identifying key opportunities for improvement and cost savings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven strategies and solutions that align with the business’s goals. Perform data extraction, cleaning, and analysis using various tools and techniques to provide actionable insights for clients. Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of business transformations. Support clients in adopting new technologies, systems, and processes by providing training and documentation. Advise senior leadership on data-driven decision-making and business intelligence strategies to optimize operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations in all analytics processes. Skills: Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel. Expertise in business process reengineering and transformation methodologies. Excellent understanding of data visualization techniques and creating interactive dashboards. Solid project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of business intelligence and data governance best practices. Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear business insights. Experience in ETRM Front End functionality, preferably in OpenLink, is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience: 5+ years of experience in business transformation consulting, data analytics, or a related field. Experience working with large datasets and applying statistical and analytical techniques. Proven track record of driving business change through data-driven strategies and recommendations. Previous experience working with clients in multiple industries (e.g., finance, energy, healthcare) is a plus. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, or project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, or similar) are a plus. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
