Role Summary

The Transformation Program Manager will own the day-to-day activities related to project management, analysis, and delivery of transformation initiatives for the Commercial Bank Middle Office. This highly visible role includes direct interaction and partnership with project stakeholders and senior leadership. The successful candidate is proactive, detail and results-oriented, and possesses outstanding leadership and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day analysis, project management and delivery of Middle Office initiatives  Scope problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions, and quantify potential bottom-line financial impact  Develop content to periodically update executive management, leadership and stakeholders across LOBs on delivery milestones and change management This is not an execution only role. You will be a contributor to strategic discussions and provide ideas, take initiative and leverage creativity (in thoughts and paper) to drive the business. Actively engage product and technology development teams for all domains using agile methodology for client journeys and persona planning Drive change, consensus and alignment on the target state vision and roadmap, including preparing impact assessments, change management plans and communications    Apply understanding of innovation in financial services and emerging technologies (e.g. machine learning, Blockchain, robotics process automation) to reimagine the future of commercial banking  Develop strong trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills

Bachelor of Science or Arts degree required and 6+ years of relatable business experience  Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic and matrixed environment and the ability to operate ‘in the grey’  Ability to clearly communicate and influence -- leading leaders to a common goal Outstanding relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills with the tenacity to resolve issues and conflicts  Advanced PowerPoint and Data skills with story-telling capabilities Successful track record setting and achieving challenging goals and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership and Aptitude to consistently step up to reflect the big picture and drill down into detail to ensure big picture ideas are attainable Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities and skills

MBA Passion for learning new operating models, technologies, and industry trends Previous client consulting experience  PMP or other Project Management Certifications

Final Job Grade and officer title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting.

Some travel required (20%) to visit clients and internal partners.
