The Business Transformation Training Manager will design, implement, and manage training programs that enable employees to navigate and adopt new processes, technologies, and organizational changes critical to ongoing business transformation efforts within Casella Waste. This role will work closely with divisional and regional leaders to assess needs, develop targeted training content, facilitate sessions, and support change management initiatives. The successful candidate will bring a blend of training expertise, business acumen, and an understanding of waste industry dynamics to effectively guide transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Designs and implements training programs that support business transformation initiatives, aligning them with organizational goals to ensure seamless adoption.Conducts thorough assessments to identify training needs and skill gaps related to new technologies, processes, and organizational changes.Develops a wide range of training materials, such as presentations, e-learning modules, and workshops, tailored to various internal audiences.Leads engaging training sessions and workshops that foster a positive and productive learning environment.Partners with department leaders and subject matter experts to ensure training programs meet the business's operational and strategic needs.Provides guidance on change management best practices, helping employees understand and embrace new processes and systems.Measures the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, and implements improvements as needed. Maintains comprehensive records of training activities, participant progress, and program outcomes.Participates in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, sales and services and performs any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and/or abide by our core values.Ensures compliance with all company, state, and federal policies, regulations, and laws regarding employment and employee safety. Education, Experience & Qualifications

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in business and training transformation programs with increasing leadership responsibilities. The incumbent must have a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment. A valid driver’s license and an ability to travel 50% of the time with periodic overnight travel is essential.

Excellent listening, verbal and written communication, and formal presentation skills are required. A technical understanding of software operating systems, demonstrated proficiency in MS Office 365 and other related platforms and an ability to work in a fast-paced, digital environment, are expected.

 


Although not required, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
