Your mission

Develop strategic directions for our Payment Solution business unit, encompassing product development, manufacturing processes, personnel management, and overall business activities

Plan and oversee hardware and software development and investment

Coordinate budget planning and financial statements with the external accounting firm, collaborating with sales, accounting, and HR

Lead commercial activities, manage corporate communications, and negotiate major client deals alongside the sales department

Provide technical support to ensure effective sales team operations

Oversee safety, occupational health, and fire protection regulations

Manage daily operations across various departments and align marketing activities

Specify and procure necessary machinery and equipment, and oversee audits related to physical and data security and occupational safety

We are looking forward to

Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic business development and operations management, preferably within the Payment Solutions industry or a similar technology sector

Proven track record in managing product development, operations management, manufacturing processes, and technical teams.

Strong understanding of hardware and software development processes

Proficiency in budget planning, financial analysis, and investment planning

Exceptional leadership skills with experience in personnel management and team coordination

Ability to lead commercial activities, negotiate with major clients, and handle tenders

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Knowledge of quality assurance practices and production management
