Job Description

·   To drive and implement the business plan and deliver the budgeted results.

·   Preparation and execution of Business Plan in concurrence with the Overall Country strategy.

·   Developing new clients and ensuring consistent growth in the market share.

·   Managing consistent revenue generation as per plans from the in-house Testing Laboratory.

·   Providing timely customer, market, industry and competition feedback.

·   Consistently provide the Management with plans and recommendations of increasing market share, sales, new clients and profitability.

• Manage experienced and highly motivated team to continue to deliver exceptional results by market share and profitability
• Decide on and create suitable lab infrastructure to meet the needs of the business plan and the market.
• Ensure that “Operations” maintain a high standard of service levels and customer satisfaction

·   Interact with peers in group companies to adopt best practices

·   Identify M&A opportunities to explore inorganic means of growth.

·   Build relationship with Key customers.

·   Make Eurofins the market leader in Testing in the geography.

Experience:

•At least 5 years’ experience of managing a  P&L
• Responsible for business expansion and P&L between 15 to 20 years of overall work experience out of which at least 10 years’ experience in managing a commercial lab.

• Managed large teams of 50-100 staff.
• Responsible for annual revenues of at least Rs. 25 Cr.
• Experience of managing a Geographic operation
• A demonstrated track record of setting up and or growing a business profitably

Qualifications

MBA from a top B-School + B.SC/B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil

At least 5 years’ experience of managing a  P&L
