Business Unit Manager
As the Business Unit Manager in Arrow, you will take the lead on the sales team. You will exercise your role within Italy.
Within this position, you will be mainly responsible for your team, but your role will involve also a continuous relationship development between the business area, Arrow’s customers, regional teams and the vendors from the IT area – all to ensure a trust and support of business objectives.

You have the expertise in development of new customers, and excellent communication skills; the team management experience is a must to be successful on this roleAt least 8 years of professional experience in New Business Development/Account Management within the IT distribution/IT vendors’ sectorAt least a few years of experience in managing a Sales TeamGreat understanding of the IT sector and the local market (Italy), with the well-established network.Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approachFluency in Italian and English is a must to be successful in this recruitmentA true Arrow Ambassador with a wider vison then only Cloud.Ability to travel up to 30%A few more things you also know (or want to learn):
