Instron Dynamic Division manufactures dynamic and fatigue testing systems to customers in high cost of failure markets.  The Dynamic Systems business unit manufactures servohydraulic and electrodynamic testing equipment for fatigue-related applications. 

Job description: 

Be accountable for the performance and results of the Dynamic Systems business unit 

Promote growth by providing strategic sales direction worldwide with a focus on key geographic markets.  

Lead and implement Front to Back strategic priorities and actions, to drive  organic growth.  

Oversee execution of Customer-Backed Innovation projects across for all key areas.  

Continue to improve service value proposition to ensure Instron delivers best-in-class customer experience as well as best-in-class products. 

Drive continuous process improvements to ensure key products meet ITW customer-facing performance metrics. 

Actively engage with other divisional leaders and cross-functionally; providing insights, analytical evaluation of the business, contributing ideas to drive improvement throughout the business.  

Champion the ITW Business Model and use company business processes and tools and sound judgment to analyse processes, and identify and act on areas to reduce risk, complexity, and/or cost savings.
