**Key Responsibilities**
Sales (Primary Focus)
1 Assist with the administration, development and coordination of the sales pipeline in support of the Sales Team
2 Assist with all sales opportunities for the Business Unit supporting the Sales Team throughout the sales process
3 Ensure the completion of all Pre-Qualifying Questionnaires for the Business Unit
4 Assist in the production of supporting sales literature, including (but not limited to) ITT, RFP, RFI, sales brochures and presentation materials
5 Assist in the development of sales pricing solutions
6 Work with our 3 rd party vendors and the Sales Team to ensure the best price is received for all sales opportunities
7 Arranging all sales calls with senior team members on an ad hoc basis
Comms & Reporting
1 Completion of Business Unit Review Pack each month ahead of Business Unit Review
2 Ensuring business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within the Business Unit
3 Production of the monthly Business Unit newsletter
4 Ad-hoc report generation at the request of the Business Unit Director
General
1 Support of transition and mobilization initiatives when required
2 Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients’ and CBRE’s health and safety policies and processes are effectively implemented across the Business Unit
3 Ad hoc event management upon request
4 Support calendar and email management for Business Unit leader as needed
5 Work with other operational managers to ensure the collaborative development of the business
6 Promote and maintain the core values of CBRE DCS
+ Provision of guidance, advice, coaching, and support to all other Business Unit coordinators within the business, where required to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment and recognition/reward.
+ correspondence, publicity, monthly and ad hoc reporting, and other publications, as appropriate
+ Provide a learning environment and appropriate training and development planning; ensure basic training needs are delivered, employees are fully competent to undertake their roles, and able to reach their full future potential
**Accountabilities**
+ Report to a CBRE DCS Business Unit Director
+ Accountability to the CBRE DCS Sales Team as appropriate
+ Accountable day-to-day to the relevant team members
**Key Skills**
+ Good knowledge of Business Unit and the wider CBRE
+ Good knowledge of the Data Center market
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
+ Strong numeracy skills
+ Provide accurate administration of all paperwork generated at Office level
+ Ability to work within a busy office environment, and support office teams to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities
+ Find and obtain information and documents quickly
+ Excellent attention to detail
**Aptitudes**
Excellent command of the English language demonstrated through strong verbal and written communication. Must be detail conscious, accurate and methodical in approach. Strong organizational and communication skills Able to work systematically and use own initiative. Able to work on more than one task at any given time. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.

Must demonstrate a strong sense of client-focus and promote a sense of team spirit and good morale within the office.
Confidential approach and discrete. Must be able to influence others and engender confidence in senior managers through both face-to-face, telephone, and written communication.
Reliable, able to complete work within required time frame and manage own deadline requirements. Calm manner, able to work under pressure and against rapidly changing demands and priorities. Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing support to other areas of the business on occasions, as required.
*Colorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Business Unit and Sales Coordinator role $85,000 annually (40.87) Hourly. and the maximum salary for the Business Unit & Sales Coordinator role is $93,000 annually or (44.71) Hourly .The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
