The role involves conducting market research across various industries, analyzing financial data (including comparable companies, historical transactions, and market trends), and performing basic valuation using market and DCF models. Responsibilities also include assisting in financial modeling, preparing valuation reports, and supporting project managers with ad hoc tasks.

About the role:

General economic & market study across a wide range of industries, including TMT, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.Research on market information such as comparable companies, historical transactions, interest rates, multiples, and stock price volatility.Perform basic valuation analysis using the market approach.Assist in construction of DCF valuation model and other complex financial models.Assist in preparation of valuation and advisory reports.Perform any other ad hoc tasks allocated by the project manager.

About you:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics. Open to others too.Able to be onboard immediately.No prior work experience required, but prior experience in audit firm preferred.CVA/CFA/CPA/ACCA/FRM candidate preferred.Highly effective in project execution & communication.Possess the quality of cooperation & team-play.
