THE JOB:

As a Busperson, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to ensure smooth service. By understanding the guests’ unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $13.7044 Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Consistently provide a positive guest experience by bussing and setting up tables, cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing dishware

Maintaining the appearance of the front and back-of-house areas to company standards

Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must be 21 years of age or older

Must currently hold or be able to obtain both a Food Handler’s card and Alcohol Awareness card

Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

1+ years' experience in a high-volume fine dining environment as a Food Runner or Server

Demonstrates strong proficiency and passion for customer service

Enjoys problem-solving and is adept at handling challenging guest scenarios with professionalism and tact in a fast-paced hospitality environment
