THE JOB:  

As a Bus Person, you will contribute to fabulous experiences for all guests by maintaining the entire restaurant, including the dining room, storerooms, food pick up area, and beverage station.  By understanding our guests’ unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:  

Work with servers to ensure proper guest service 

Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas 

Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed 

Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles 

Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently 

Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed 

Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris 

Perform other job-related duties as requested  

The IDEAL CANDIDATE:  

At least 21 years of age 

Currently has a TAM card and Food Handler’s Card or the ability to obtain one 

Previous experience, preferably in a high-volume setting 

Ability to lift at least 25lbs 

Ability to work various shifts possibly including weekends and holidays

STARTING PAY RATE: 

$16.85 per hour + tips
