K1 Speed is the ultimate indoor venue for Corporate Events, Birthday Parties, or good old Family Fun! We have high speeds on the track, food and beverage in our lounge and pure entertainment concept that is like nothing else you have seen. We are seeking a Sales Manager for our high volume call center at our HQ in Irvine to recruit, coach, train, develop, mentor and lead our Inside Sales team, and introduce a thrilling packages to every customer looking to have their next event at our venue.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Training, coaching, developing, mentoring and motivating the K1 Speed Group/Corporate Sales team to exceed their daily & monthly sales goals to help achieve your Group Sales quarterly & annual sales goals.

• Perform sales forecasts and win/loss reports that illustrate your team’s overall performance against goals/quotas.

• Create processes & standard procedures for the sales team based on their daily sales performance.

• Create necessary training material to support the sales activities.

• Analyze calls, conduct call reviews with individuals to discuss opportunities of improvement.

• Conduct one-on-one training sessions to discuss performance, strengths & weakness of each sales rep.

• Lead the weekly internal meeting to recap the week’s highlights

• Conduct on-going weekly training to keep the team refreshed with techniques and up-sell opportunities

• Work closely with the team to play close attention to daily & weekly conversion rate on pipeline & new leads.

• Establish performance goals for sales team and monitors performance on a continual basis

• Create outbound sales campaigns focused on communicating and nurturing relationships with guests and driving repeat sales.

• Create a daily outbound sales process and train the staff on implementing it as part of their daily sales activities.

• Learn & train on all the useful features of the CRM.

• Ability to communicate effectively with new customers, return guests, co-workers and management

• Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel, Word and CRM Applications

• Excellent communication skills over the phone.

• Understanding of the basic mannerisms over the phone with every customer.

• Friendly, positive, outgoing personality who relates well and gets along with people

Key Qualifications

Requirements Include:

• Minimum 3+ years current B2C Sales manager experience, preferable in hospitality, corporate sales, or entertainment venue focused on event sales

• 5+ years minimum sales experience

• Bachelors Degree either in Business or Marketing preferred. Will also consider applicants with relevant work history
