Overview Job Summary: A Busser at Red Mountain Resort plays a crucial role in supporting the restaurant service staff and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This position reports to the General Manager and is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining areas, assisting servers, and providing excellent customer service. Job Specification: Location: Onsite at Red Mountain Resort Shift & Schedule: Year-Round / Full Time & Part Time / Weekends / Holidays Pay Range: $9.20/hour plus Tips. Job Responsibilities but not limited to: Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment. Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests. Refill water glasses, bread baskets, and other table items as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors. Remove dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables and transport them to the kitchen for cleaning. Ensure that all tables and chairs are properly set up and aligned according to restaurant standards. Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for service. Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously. Assist with stocking and replenishing supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments. Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in a similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Good communication and teamwork skills. Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Willingness to follow instructions and take on new challenges.
