Overview Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for customer service? The Elms Hotel & Spa is looking for a customer-focused Busser to join our team! As a Busser, you play a key role in our successful operation by supporting the service team and delivering memorable hospitality to our guests. As a Busser, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. Your duties will include keeping the serving stations filled, clearing and cleaning tables, and ensuring the restaurant remains clean and welcoming. You will greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area, assist servers in maintaining clean available tables for arriving guests, and support servers with continual service details. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff to ensure smooth operations. In this role, you will greet guests, maintain server stations, assist servers with table turnover, and ensure the restaurant area remains clean and organized. You'll be the master of the restaurant, understanding the details of the operation and working collaboratively with other staff members to provide exceptional service.
