Overview Brighton Ski Resort is looking for dishwashers and/or bussers for the 2024/2025 season. We operate 4 outlets from the base area including Milly Chalet, Alpine Rose Cafeteria, Sidewinder and Molly Green's Bar and Restaurant. Washing pots, pans, cutlery, ect in a quick and effective manner to ensure a smooth daily operation of the restaurant Hand washing and operating a dishwashing machine to clean cutlery, plates and kitchen equipment Working with and assisting your teammates to provide exceptional guest service Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 18+ years old to work in the Cafeteria and 21+ years old to work in the Bar Current food handlers permit required and Sips & Tips if applicable Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted Passion for guest service and the hospitality industry Able to remain calm, cool and collected under pressure Flexible availability during the ski season (including weekends, evenings and holidays)
