The Role:
The primary responsibility of a Busser - PointsBet Lounge at Ball Arena is to reset tables in a speedy professional and effective manner as guests leave the lounge.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of a Busser - PointsBet Lounge at Ball Arena is to reset tables in a speedy professional and effective manner as guests leave the club.
• Responsible for the overall cleanliness of PointsBet Lounge and service areas.
• Clear tables after guests leave. Takes tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing.
• Between settings promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths. Check floor and clean as required.
• Respond appropriately to guest requests.
• Assist buffet attendants as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods.
• Attend mandatory meetings.
• Perform all assigned side work.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalency.
• One (1) year of experience n the food and beverage industry is required
• One (1) experience in an Premium Experience setting is preferred.
• Scheduling availability for event based operation focused primarily on Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche schedules including: mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Working knowledge of English sufficient to interact with PointsBet Lounge guests and teammates.
• Must maintain hygiene standards appropriate for a food and beverage setting.
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting during set up and execution of service.
• Willingness and drive to exceed the guest expectations.
• Ability to effectively communicate and take direction from supervisors.
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a smile.
• Ability to transport up to 50lbs on a continuous basis with or without reasonable accommodation
• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to retain and recite knowledge of menu details
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
