THE JOB:

As a Butler at The Cosmopolitan, you will be responsible for inspecting, preparing and coordinating suites for the guest. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY: $20 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Maintain accurate property information through daily use of talent portal, email and other forms of communicationPrepare suite prior to guest arrival and coordinate room service set-up with special requirements guest may haveProvide food and beverage service to designated suites; coordinate orders with Room Service Manager on duty to assure proper order is given and receivedCoordinate with Housekeeping to ensure that rooms are kept in superior condition at all timesMaintain butler pantry and equipment to be kept up to company standards

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.6+ months of Food and Beverage experience.Experience in gourmet and valet service.Bilingual in Chinese or Korean a plus.Experience in a Luxury Resort setting.
