We are currently looking for Trainees to join our team of associates in the Butlers team. You will have the opportunity to learn from industry professionals, gain hands-on experience, and develop the skills necessary to excel in your future career.

Key expectations of this role areProviding a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.Assisting the team in delivering personalised and exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are anticipated and met.Possessing a thorough knowledge of the company philosophy, core values, responsibilities, daily activities of the day and all about the hotel facilities.Being proactive in managing the arriving and departing guests’ suites, ensuring Special Attention Guests receive a memorable experience.Handling guest enquiries and complaints according to the company’s standard and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
ProfileCurrently enrolled as a student in a hospitality or related programThe ability to work in a team and build relationships with the othersStrong interpersonal and communication skillsA positive and proactive attitudeFlexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
