Job Responsibilities Sourcing and Procurement: Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, obtaining quotes, and placing orders for materials and products. Supplier Management: Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure optimal stock levels. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure all purchased materials meet the required specifications and standards. Data Analytics: Establish Procurement automated reports. Compliance: Ensure assigned procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in supply chain & Logistic, Business Management, Business Administration, Engineering 0-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
