This position reports to

Purchasing Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms. Each day, you will ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team.• PO management, Release the PO on time to suppliers; Manage supplier and Ensure PO delivery on time from suppliers• Closely collaborate with cross-function team and suppliers to ensure material delivery in time for planned production project with priority• Import materials management, cooperate with customs department to deal with import materials related customs clearance, ensure timely delivery and closure of orders • Manage whole process from order receipt,invoice to payment, coordinate problem solving and make sure all responsible order closed in time• Responsible for data analysis and supplier performance management, drive for continuous improvement of ROTD and COTD• Continuously promote the optimization of internal material purchasing mode and purchasing material management, contribute for better team KPI

Qualifications for the role

Bachlor degree >3 years, have buyer experience, experience in import purchasing is preferred Office and SAP skill, good data analys Familiar with purchasing process Proficiency in English Integrity, Open mind, good logical thinking；Pro-active；good communication and teamwork
