Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Ensure the implementation of all company policies and regulations including position relevant responsibilities in the Safety Responsibility System of the company.Responsible for supplier management & improvement including performance on cost saving, capacity, delivery issue.Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.Direct purchasing:Responsible for direct material purchasing assigned by different commoditiesDevelop expertise in factors relevant to BorgWarner Products such as product knowledge, applications / usage, processing knowledge, cost structure, global market, supplier capabilities, supplier market share, supplier benchmarking, etc.Actively pursue new Supplier technologies (process and/or design) that support Cost Reduction Initiatives and the advancement of BorgWarner's Product Leadership/Innovation position. These technologies should augment the competitive differentiation of BorgWarner in the marketplaceResponsible of supplier development with SQMResponsible for prototype purchasing for new projectsResponsible for releasing annual agreement with supplier, nomination letter and PO.

Requirements / Qualifications;

Bachelor’s degree above5+ years purchasing experience in Auto company;Strong knowledge of indirect purchasing management and improvementBe familiar with PPAP, APQPUnderstand of manufacturing process of some commodities-such as stampings, machining, plastics, casting, forging, bearing, rubber etc.Basic Financial analysisFluent communication in English.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
