Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer to join our procurement team. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, goods, and services to meet the company's operational requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a keen eye for market trends. Key Responsibilities: + Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities. + Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deals. + Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure timely replenishment of stock. + Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements. + Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and emerging suppliers. + Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance. + Resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing discrepancies. + Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors. + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. + Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role. + Strong negotiation and communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software. + Excellent organizational and time management abilities. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset. Preferred Qualifications: + Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CPIM). + Experience in the (specific industry, e.g., manufacturing, retail, etc.).
